Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Form
If you wish to make changes to the exterior of your property,  if that change deviates from the by-laws and supplemental bulletins, you MUST submit an ACC Request and get approval prior to starting work.  Failure to do so may result in fines and a lien being made on your property preventing its sale.

It is preferred that ACC requests be completed online on www.SpectrumAM.com.  If that is not possible, however, you may complete an ACC request form and submit it to Pati Reyes and e-mail it to her at: preyes@spectrumam.com or arc@spectrumam.com.

Security Reminder
This is a reminder to ALWAYS lock your car and NEVER leave anything of value in it.  Better yet, park your car in your garage if you can. If you ever see something suspicious or someone knocks on your door who does not have a City solicitation license, please just call the police department non-emergency phone number at: 972-304-3610.  If you don’t report it, the police won’t know we have a problem and won’t dispatch any patrol cars to help.
